Looks like Mortar but stretches like rubber. Will span up to a 3" gap, paintable sandy texture to blend in. Cleans up with soap and water. Surface application range of 40 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Service range from minus 30 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
